Identifying Bias
Item 1:
Người đồng tính và bi kịch bị gia đình chối bỏ
Theo bà Tú Anh, khi biết con mình không bình thường, là gay, lesbian, nhiều gia đình tìm mọi cách, từ khuyên nhủ nhẹ nhàng đến chửi mắng, bỏ đói, cô lập, cưỡng bức đi điều trị tại viện tâm thần… Tất cả chỉ nhằm một mục đích thay đổi con em họ trở lại là một người bình thường. Thậm chí có người còn dùng xích nhốt con trong phòng gần 3 tuần như trường hợp của Thành, 24 tuổi, ở Hải Phòng.

Item 3:

Analysis: The man in the picture has the feelings of interiority himself because of the racial discrimination. That makes him put a picture of the white person’s face in front of his face in hoping that he receives the behavior fairness from public 
There are some grammar mistakes in your analysis. For example, in item 3, " the behavior fairness" should be "the fairness".

Trả lờiXóa_In the 1st item, It can be seen clearly that there is obvious an discrimination in treating homosexual. they are badly-treated and even their family lays violence hands on them. Thus, due to the action made by people around toward homosexual, this situation can be named Discrimination.
_In the 3nd item, the picture is a kind of poster for a cosmetic product. The woman who is pictured can be called stereotype because not all customers who use this product can have such a beauty skin as hers.
i think my opinion is the same as yours in the 1st item but my expression is not the best.Thank for yours suggestion

The key nature of stereotype consists of two obligatory elements: it is a mental image, and, it doesn't concerns individual differences. Therefore, you should add to your analysis "Not all young women represent the glamor, attraction".

XóaI think Item 3 should be discrimination. Prejudice in action of people make him put a picture of the white person’s face in front of his face. His purpose is that He wants to receive something to be equal to white people.

You say it is an advertisement-> it means when people use cosmetics in this advs, they will have beautiful appearance like the girl in the poster-> it doesn’t imply that people always think women are beautiful, attractive. It just tell viewers see they will be beautiful only when using cosmetics. It’s ok if you don’t mention this is an advertisement.
